About Me

My name is Elaine Kamoss I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease on Feb. 12,'10. I am a newly wed. my husband and I were married on July 11,'09 he's great he eats whatever I eat and doesn't complain. He thinks that since I have to change my eating habits it would be easier on me if he did the same.  I have to admit it does help, not having any gluten products in our house keeps me sane.  I never worry about glutening myself on accident.  Along with my love for great home cooked food(that I can eat) I love crafts.  I knit, make upcycled purses out of magazines( I'll post pictures), and anything else that sounds interesting.  Follow me on my journey to find foods I CAN LOVE TO LIVE WITH!!!
